How long does it take to get started?
Getting started with Reserve Analyst© is quick and easy. We start with preparing your invoice and appropriate licensing documents, delivered to you via e-mail. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and bank checks. Once payment and documents are returned a software package with your full version installation CD is put in the mail to you.
We are with you each step of the way through our follow up process. You will receive a courtesy follow up call to make sure your package arrives in good order and resolve any installation challenges, if they arise. Our follow up continues with all of the one-on-one support you need to get started right away with your reserve study project.
